This three-hour package will be tailored to explore your challenges in greater depth. Jenny will take a structured approach to help you determine which opportunities should be prioritized, how to organize your sales strategies, and various other topics. 

Examples of what may be covered during these sessions include: 

  • Aligning on goals and plans  
  • Reviewing key business insights (e.g., audience segments, value proposition, differentiation, competitive dynamics, current sales and marketing approach, etc.)  
  • Identifying direct or partner sales strategies that are effective  
  • Working sessions to tackle specific challenges, such as setting up the appropriate CRM, tracking deals to closure, or understanding what data can guide you in the right direction  
  • Brainstorming and mapping out the best next steps to overcome roadblocks  
  • Defining key workstreams  
  • Outlining necessary resources for success  
  • Assessing potential impact and required effort/cost for key initiatives  
  • Developing actionable next steps and/or key deliverables  
  • Email follow-ups and communication as needed between sessions   

Homework may be assigned between sessions to ensure that our time together is as productive as possible.
